The Field House is available to rent year-round for a variety of occasions, from birthday parties to weddings and offers the following amenities:

• Handicapped accessible entrances and bathrooms
• Full kitchen with microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher
• 72” rectangular folding tables and folding chairs included
• Fully heated and air conditioned
• Indoor gas fireplace
• Gas grill on covered patio
• Park access
• On-site parking

Residents and non-residents alike may rent the Field House for the following rental fees:

• $700 Chester Borough Residents for 5 hours, which includes setup and cleanup time
• $700 Non-Residents for 5 hours, which includes setup and cleanup time
• $100 Security Deposit required on all rentals (for damage or check out list not completed)
• $100 Additional time: per extra hour (60 minutes or any part thereof equals 1 hour)
• $35 Additional fee: for use of outdoor grill
• $150 Chester Borough Residents – Meeting Room use only -2 hour max- No kitchen use
• $175 Non-Residents – Meeting Room use only -2 hour max- No kitchen use

Non-profit community groups may use the Field House for meetings only at no charge for up to two hours, Monday – Thursday, once a month. Contact the rental manager for more information.
